RE: I would like an OIA on my banking account i have with you fuull details on everything please.
Please give me an OIA on all my transactions ,email collection information ETC on everything in my banking Account i have with you.As to date you have so far refused or made up excuses.

Kiwi Group Capital Limited (KGCL) is subject to the Act as a Public Finance Act 1989, Schedule 4A company but its subsidiaries (Kiwibank and NZHL) are not. We’re unable to answer your request because the information is not held by KGCL (in accordance with section 18(g) of the OIA).
