Dear Auckland Transport,

Ongoing Negligence and Request for Immediate Action

I am writing to address further concerns regarding Auckland Council's negligence related to ongoing issues at 211 Opaheke Road. Despite invoicing the council quarterly since 1995 for damages, we continue to experience serious problems that have not been adequately addressed. You/Auckland Council have been in dishonour for several reasons as this has been a disturbing reality for a good man

1. Frequent Accidents:
There have been 2 to 3 serious car accidents weekly at this location, resulting in substantial damage to the property. This alarming frequency poses a significant risk to public safety and has created an untenable situation for the residents.

2. Failure to Address Infrastructure Issues:
Auckland Council has consistently refused to repair the damaged fences or implement necessary changes to the road infrastructure. This lack of action not only exacerbates the existing problems but also indicates a neglect of duty towards the community’s safety and well-being. Complete incompetency?!

3. Concerns of Bias and Conflict of Interest:
There appears to be a pattern of neglect or bias within the council, reminiscent of issues seen in other recent cases. This raises concerns about potential conflicts of interest or favoritism that may be impacting the council’s decision-making processes.

Yours faithfully,

clampett trust
