Section 2.56 of the Cabinet Manual says:
"In all of these roles and at all times, Ministers are expected to act lawfully and behave in a way that upholds, and is seen to uphold, the highest ethical and behavioural standards. This includes exercising a professional approach and good judgement in their interactions with the public, staff, and officials, and in all their communications, personal and professional. Ultimately, all Ministers are accountable to the Prime Minister for their behaviour."

Under the Official Information Act 1982, please provide all emails, text messages, Teams messages, meeting minutes, and recollections of meetings and phone calls that you/your office holds that mentions or alludes to this part of the Cabinet Manual since 27 November 2023.

Your request is being considered in accordance with the Act, and you can expect a response by 11th March 2025 (date determined by the OIA calculator).
