please supply me with the total amount of spending , itemised by report , on all and any reports regarding flood and stormwater issues in pohara relating to the subdivision development of Watino pl and Kohikiko pl on existing wetlands and any future subdivisions affecting stormwater in Bartlett creek and Elis creek and the flood issues from december 15 2011in this catchment .
