Port Hills Fire - Operational Review
Alan Thompson made this Official Information request to Fire and Emergency New Zealand
The request was refused by Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
From: Alan Thompson
Dear New Zealand Fire Service Commission,
Port Hills Fire - Operational Report
In late April 2017 the NZ Fire Service and the National Rural Fire Authority commissioned an operational review of the Port Hills Fires (first alert on 13th Feb 2017). The Terms of Reference for the review team required them to present a draft report to Stakeholders by mid July 2017 and then then to table a final report (Note: required date NOT stated) with the project sponsors.
Under the provisions of the Official Information Act I request:
1. A copy of the draft report as presented to the Stakeholders on/about mid July; and
2. A copy of the final report - which by now must be completed.
Thank you.
Alan Thompson

Does the response "unable to advise when the response will be available" mean you are unable to adhere to the time-frame for responses specified in the Act? Isn't it already overdue?
