Dear Hamilton City Council,
I'm making a request for information under the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987. I would like get details of all Noise complaints made about events held at the Hamilton Gardens.
Specifically I would like aggregate data about the dates, number of complaints for that date, and name of the event for all noise complaints made about events at Hamilton Gardens since 01/01/2015. No information about the individual complaints is required.

I write to acknowledge your information request of 10 February 2018 in
respect of noise complaints about events at the Hamilton Gardens.
Please be advised that your request has been passed on to the relevant
team within Council and you will be informed of the outcome.
The Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 requires
that we advise you of our decision on whether the Council will provide the
requested information or not “as soon as reasonably practicable”, no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request. We will
respond to you no later than 9 March 2018.

noise complaints about events at the Hamilton Gardens, I am now able to
provide Hamilton City Council’s response.
You requested:
I would like get details of all Noise complaints made about events held at
the Hamilton Gardens. Specifically I would like aggregate data about the
dates, number of complaints for that date, and name of the event for all
noise complaints made about events at Hamilton Gardens since 01/01/2015.
No information about the individual complaints is required.
Our response:
Hamilton City Council can advise that our central records repository shows
the following complaints lodged with council and our contractors in
relation to noise complaints from Hamilton Gardens:
