Ministry of Transport & 30 May Incident on Auckland Harbour Bridge
Matthew Hooton made this Official Information request to Ministry of Transport
Ministry of Transport did not have the information requested.
From: Matthew Hooton
Dear Ministry of Transport
Under the OIA, I request all information held by the Ministry of Transport about the incident on Auckland Harbour Bridge on Sunday 30 May, prior to, during and after the incident. (This media report refers: https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/cycling-pr... )
In particular, I am interested in what advance warning the Ministry had of the incident, and what actions were taken to encourage, deter, facilitate or prevent the incident. However, please note that my request is broad, and includes all information as stated.
I have made seperate requests for information to NZTA and the Minister of Transport and so this request does not cover information held by them. Nor should this request be transferred to them.
Yours sincerely
Matthew Hooton
