Under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, I request the following information:
Has the Council assessed or received external advice on whether section 7 of the proposed Property Acquisition and Disposal Policy, available on page 26 here:

is in line with section 21 of the Human Rights Act 1993 which prohibits discrimination based on race, ethnic origin and national origin? If so, I request a copy of the assessment or advice.

of the proposed Property Acquisition and Disposal Policy, available on

The Council did not seek external advice on section 7 of the Property
Acquisition and Disposals Policy.
As no assessment was made, we are unable to provide you with a copy of the
information you have requested in the second part of your question.
