Dear Manawatu-Wanganui Regional Council,
I would like to see Horizons current and any previous versions of its
Covid 19 vaccination policy.
Please can you supply me with the meeting minutes where these policies
were passed.
Please provide me with the Horizons Health and Safety Risk Assessment and
Management Plan that was created for Covid 19, for both Omicron and Delta
variants. And the meeting minutes this was documented in.
Please supply all correspondence, minutes and reports that contain any
decisions regarding the covid vaccination policy.
