Further to your official information request received 28 November 2022,
attached please find the answers to your questions below:
1.       Attached is the Horizons Regional Council's Standards of
Integrity Conduct Policy
2.       a. Training in fraud is covered at all staff inductions.
          b. Staff are reminded of policy and any changes when reviewed
every two years
          c. Staff are reminded of all policies as part of the annual
acknowledgement process.  Specifically we also have an annual process of
reviewing all conflicts of             interest.
3.       Attached is the Horizons Regional Council's Fraud, Corruption and
Bribery Policy.
