are being partially transferred to the Minister of Immigration on 05
February 2024 and is being processed in accordance with the Official
Information Act 1982.

 

This is because the information you have requested is not held by the
Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.  Section 14(b)(i) of the
Official Information Act allows me to transfer any request where the
information is not held, but is believed to be held by another department,
organisation or Minister of the Crown.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 21 February 2024, being 20 working days after the day your
request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then,
we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.  If you have any

section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to this office
on 5 February 2024. The information you requested which was transferred to

I am writing to advise you that we have decided to extend the period of
time available to make a decision on your request under section 15A(1)(a)
of the Act, as the request necessitates a search through a large quantity
of information and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably
interfere with the operations of the offices fulfilling the request.

 

As such, a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original
time limit. We will notify you of a decision on your request no later than
26 March 2024, being a total extension of 15 working days.

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
our decision to extend the time limit. Information about how to make a
