Thank you for your follow up enquiry.

 

Neither the Surveyor-General nor Toitû Te Whenua Land Information New
Zealand hold “the relevant documents mentioned within the 16 Feb 2024
agenda” as they were accessed through the Cadastral Surveyors Licencing
Board of New Zealand’s shared drive for the meeting.

 

No copies of those documents were downloaded by the Surveyor-General or
Toitû Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand.

 

With regard to the minutes of the meeting of 10 November 2023 as advised
in our letter of 19 March 2024 they are still to be formally ratified as
this did not occur at the board meeting on 16 February 2024.
