1.4 Internal Communications: All internal communications from Te Pūkenga’s HR teams to staff that relate to the above consultation materials. This includes, but is not limited to:

1.1.1 Emails
1.1.2 Internal memos
1.1.3 Internal announcements (e.g. mass emails)

I am specifically interested in documents and communications that address the impact on staff, the consultation process, timelines, and any support or resources provided to staff during this period.

Dear Francesca,

Thank you for your recent correspondence indicating that the information will be released 'soon'. Could you provide a specific date or a rough estimate for when this information will be available? Additionally, could you explain the reason for the delay?

For context, guidance from the Ombudsman suggests that releasing information within eight to fourteen working days from refusal is considered 'soon'. According to this, Te Pūkenga is expected to release the requested information by 6 September 2024*.

I also noticed that while some information from my request has been made available on the Te Pūkenga website^, the full scope of the information I requested under the OIA has not yet been provided.
