Dear Upper Hutt City Council,

I am still awaiting the now long over due traffic modeling information as
per my previous requests, that being the recent Abley traffic modeling
data around the so called southern growth area. Could you please get this
to me asap as you indicated you would.

I am also now wanting to know the complete breakdown of costs associated
with Plan Change 49, including council staff time costs, and the costs of
the commissioners to prepare their report, as well as the costs of any
legal advice received throughout the process, with a summary of what those
legal costs relate to.

My sincere apologies regarding the Abley traffic modelling data and
southern growth area request (our reference 1737), the release is being
reviewed for sign off and I hope to be able to get this to you next week.

 

I acknowledge receipt of your new request dated 25/09/2024 for information
on the costs associated with Plan Change 49. Our reference for this
request is 1775.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 23 October 2024, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request
by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.

If you have any queries or any additional factors come to light which are
relevant to your request, please do not hesitate to contact us so that
