Decision on your official information request

 

I refer to your official information request dated 10/05/2024 for:

o copies of all emails and documents (including submissions) relating to
the inclusion of any Guildford Timber Company or Silverstream Forests
owned land in plan change 50 Rural Review
o correspondence relating to the reasoning that this consultation has
been delayed from its original schedule

 

Please find attached copies of emails and submissions in scope of your
request. Note that a decision has not yet been made regarding this land
and the attached emails and documents are predominantly regarding
modelling and assessments from GTC to support their submission.

 

The change in consultation schedule was made due to the significant number
of complex submissions, this was discussed verbally only. I have included
the only email we have related to this.

and Meetings Act 1987 to protect the privacy of natural persons. You have

Summary Sheet document sent through has the information relevant to your

For the re GTC UHCC Abley catch up re landuse assumptions emails, the
‘brief notes from the meeting’ mentioned are what’s written at the bottom.
There was an attachment on one of them which was included in the documents
sent through – see ‘Scenario Summary Sheet’

not included all the emails and documents. Where are the attachments
referred to in the emails about traffic data for instance? Please insure
