Kia ora,
Under the Official Information Act 1982, I am requesting the following information regarding the Apple Global Police Summit 2023:
1. A list of New Zealand Police personnel (or associated officials) who attended the Apple Global Police Summit 2023, including their names, ranks, and positions.
2. All internal and external communications (including emails, letters, and meeting minutes) related to the attendance at or participation in the Apple Global Police Summit 2023. This includes, but is not limited to, communications between New Zealand Police and Apple or its representatives regarding the event.
3. A copy of any itineraries or schedules for the New Zealand Police delegation who attended the Apple Global Police Summit 2023.
4. Any invoices, receipts, or financial records related to the event, specifically:
• Airfares
• Accommodation
• Event registration or ticketing costs
• Any other associated expenses (meals, transportation, etc.)
5. Copies of any briefings, reports, or summaries produced following the event, either by the attending New Zealand Police personnel or provided to them by event organisers.
If any of this information is withheld under any section of the OIA, please provide reasons for each instance of withholding.
