Please provide records of all communications, written or spoken, notes of discussions and decisions, text messages, voice mails and other message platforms such as Teams, WhatsApp etc, and staff recollections relating to a lecture scheduled for February 2025 by historian Paul Moon. This should include any communication within the organisation as well as without. For the avoidance of doubt, it should include recollections of meetings and conversations that have not yet been put into writing, as well as notes on pads and post-it notes.
