Thank you for your request of 22 February 2025 to the Department of Corrections – Ara Poutama Aotearoa requesting all communication within Corrections about RRR Organisations Worldwide Limited (our former limited company) Esther Peters (our names) Levi Marley Hetherington (our names) The RRR Model (Reintegration Rehabilitation Reduces-Reoffending) – (our model).

As previously advised to you in our email of 8 December 2022, information related to companies is ordinarily assessed under the Official Information Act 1982. However, a preliminary scope of the information indicates that majority of the information held is personal in nature and we consider that it would be most appropriately assessed under the Privacy Act 2020. In addition, you have requested all communications, reports, and any relevant documents held by Corrections for both yourselves.

As previously advised, we cannot and will not release personal information on the FYI website. The FYI website asks that Privacy Act requests are not submitted through that forum and accordingly, we would ask that you submit your request through the Office of the Privacy Commissioner AboutMe tool, or email us directly at [Department of Corrections request email].
