On behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I

- The RRR Model (Reintegration Rehabilitation Reduces-Reoffending) – (our

We request copies of all emails, internal communications, reports, and any
relevant documentation regarding these matters or any other form of
communication that contains references to the entities or individuals
listed above

 

Your request appears to fall under both the Privacy Act 2020 and the
Official Information Act 1982. We will be required to treat these as two
separate requests, so you will receive two responses from us. 

 

The information you have requested will include personal information of
yours. Please note that any correspondence regarding the Official
Information Act request, and the final response with any attached
documents, will be published on the FYI website. We note you have included

Your request, as currently framed, is broad. It appears likely that your
original request will need to be clarified or amended to enable us to
respond. In order to assist us in processing your request, could you

seeking information on? 

o Could you please refine your request to specific teams within MBIE
that you are seeking information from? If not, could you please
outline what teams you believe may hold information relevant to your
request (e.g. any parts of MBIE you/your company has been in contact
with)? 

o Because you have requested personal information, MBIE needs to be
satisfied of the requestors' identity before MBIE can release
information to you, in accordance with section 53(a) of the Privacy
Act. We have been unable to verify both of your identities in relation
to this request. Could you both please provide a copy of your photo ID

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 26 March 2025, being 20 working days after the day your request
