Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet
Dear Lynne
Recently you made an OIA request to DPMC:
Restore Christchurch Cathedral Group requests a copy of the terms of
reference and any other relevant documents or briefing papers relating to
the working party set up to examine the future of the Christchurch
Anglican Cathedral.
I’m the advisor assigned to your request and I have been finding the
documents to fulfil your request.
I just wanted to let you know that I have interpreted “other relevant
documents” to mean significant documents, for example, where a decision
was made or agreement come to, instead of, for example, administrative
emails that don’t deal with the substantive issues or phases of setting up
the working group.
Please let me know if you have any issue with my interpretation.
Kind regards
Emma
