Dear State Services Commission,
1. Please provide an excel spreadsheet of all staff engagement data from state sector agencies that you hold.
Note - If you have an existing dataset to hand (such as you may have used to produce the latest performance reports) that would be acceptable as an initial installment.
2. Please provide the latest whole-of-agency engagement reports for each of the Central Agencies.
3. Please provide a list of all briefings provided to your current minister up until 10 December 2017.
Nga mihi

Tena koe Ministerial Services [SSC],
Thank you for your letter advising your decision to extend the deadline for my request.
1.It would have been preferable for you to consult me on the scope and particularity of my request before such a decision was made.
2. Are there any datasets that have been previously released that I could be provided with immediately? My request is actually urgent as I am involved in recruitment processes with the state sector.
3. In your response letter, please include the list of parties consulted, and why the process could not have been reasonably completed without an extension.
Nga mihi,
Jem Traylen

Dear Jemn
I made a similar OIA request sometime ago. So they should be able to immediately provide you with such a dataset on an excel spreadsheet.
Note I had to ask twice - in my first request I did make it absolutely clear that if possible the response was to be provided as a data file such as a spreadsheet.
Instead they simply sent me some graphs. so I went back and asked again - this time they did provide a spreadsheet.
For some reason they seem reluctant for anyone to know what is going on with the morale of public servants.
Good luck!
A Chela
