1. I write to acknowledge the partial transfer of your request for
information dated 5 July 2018 regarding Napier War Memorial.
2. For clarity, the part of your request that has been transferred to
Napier City Council by the Ministry for Culture and Heritage is:
“minutes of meetings where all options were discussed, all resolutions and
notes” as a subset of "documents relating to the Napier war memorial and
elements"
3. We received the transferred partial request on 18 July 2018.
4. This is being treated as an Official Information request, and as
such Council must meet certain criteria in how and when we respond to you,
set out in the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act
1987.
