Re: Official Information Act request – Number of GP surgeries using
patient portals

 

The Nelson Marlborough District Health Board acknowledges receipt of your
request for Information under the Official Information Act 1982, received
on 1 August 2018 via the FYI website.

 

Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate person/service for
response within 20 working days of receipt, and if we are unable to
respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an extension of
that timeframe.

 

The letter notifying you of the decision on your request will confirm if
we intend to publish the letter (with your personal information removed)
and any related documents on the Nelson Marlborough Health website.

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as reasonably
