Manager, Information Requests
Thank you for the information as provided under this OIA request being the Awarua Fire IAPs for the period 2-7th April. I note your advice that there was no IAP for the 2nd April and an IAP for the 3rd April can not be located. I am unsure if you mean an IAP was not prepared for the 3rd or an IAP was prepared but somehow can now not be found from the many copies that would of been distributed. You will appreciate that this does seem a little unusual!
Of the IAPs provided:
1. There are two IAPs set out for the same period of 4th April (Day 3). They are both different and one is unsigned?
2. There is no IAP for Tues 5th April (Day 4).
Are you able to advise further?
Thank you
Alan Thompson

Thank you for your email seeking clarification of our response dated 30
June 2022.
To clarify, an Incident Action Plan was prepared for 3 April. This was
completed onsite in a hard copy form and is unable to be located.
In respect of the two Incident Action Plan's dated 4 April. The second
plan dated 4 April should be dated 5 April, this was simply an
administrative error.
