I've purchased a trailer registered Plate: 56MWG last owned by council 2 June 2020 by the looks - and am in dispute with a subsequent owner regarding its promised condition.

I wish to request a copy under official information of what details on this trailer council holds including most recent warrant of fitness records, inspection sheets, provider of warrants or file notes as to it's condition, works done relating to it's suspension or any communications relating to its road worthiness.

I'm happy to receive this information electronically and request urgency to assist my discussions with the person I purchased from.
