Steve Kirsch.

In order to provide you with the information requested, could you please
advise if there is a specific time period you would like us to consider?
For example, all correspondence from 1 June 2023? Providing a time period

We appreciate you are under no obligation to amend your request, but

to avoid this and ensure we are able to provide a response that best meets
your needs.

Under section 15 of the OIA, any clarification or amendments made to a
request within seven days after the date it is received, that request may
be treated as a new request and the time limit for the response restarts.

Dear hnzOIA,
How can it be true at the same time that Mr Kirsch has emailed Health NZ, and also "that there has been no correspondence between this person and any Te Whatu Ora email addresses"?
If Mr Kirsch has emailed Health NZ then at least that correspondence exists, therefore please provide this.
Yours sincerely,
M Bell

Tēnā koe

Thank you for your email of 16 January 2024, asking for correspondence
from Mr Steve Kirsch received by Te Whatu Ora from 1 September 2023 under
the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act).

This email is to let you know that Te Whatu Ora needs more time to make a
decision on your request.

The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 28 February 2024.

This extension is required because the consultations necessary to make a
decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably
be made within the original time limit.

If you have any questions, please contact us at [1][Health New Zealand request email].

If you are not happy with this extension, you have the right to make a
complaint to the Ombudsman. Information about how to do this is available
at [2]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or by phoning 0800 802 602.

This is damning - ample opportunity to disprove what Mr Kirsch is alleging. This is an admission of guilt. Shame on all the MOH workers cc’d on those emails. Do these people think the sudden and unexplained deaths will stop if they lock up the whistleblower and scrub the internet?! We need a criminal investigation not a commission

Agree Chris. It is pretty clear Kirsch is correct in his analysis, and it is all publicly available on his substack (https://kirschsubstack.com/). HNZ and MoH have admitted that they have not analyzed or debunked any of the claims of Kirsch, have also admitted the data is genuine, hence Kirsch is correct that now, if not before, CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE applies on their part.
The raw anonymized data from linked information is in the public domain, download instructions are on the Kirsch substack so anyone can view the actual graphs or crunch the numbers from first principles, it is as clear as anything that there is an attempted cover up going on.

So what can we actually do? Sadly people are still taking it (not many by sounds) but it is criminal and they need to be saved from themselves firstly by stopping that rubbish. What sort of people are running these organizations. Guess they are in too deep because I suspect they have all been aware of things from day one.
