Dear University of Auckland,

We seek the following information regarding the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) programme and its operation, as well as the proposed programme changes in introducing the Bachelor of Social Justice (BSJ). This information is sought under the Official Information Act 1982.

- EFTS and Applications Received (AR), Enrolments Accepted (EA) and Enrolments Confirmed (EC) real and projected for each year from 2018-2024 to the BSW.

- The most recent calculated projections of EFTS, AR, EA and EC for the upcoming year 2025 BSW intake.

- The real EFTS, AR, EA and EC for the upcoming year 2025 intake as of the date of this request.

- The minimum number of EFTS and EC is needed to satisfy the programme's operational requirements.

- A complete list of the names and business addresses of community organisations and partners involved in the operation of the BSW programme over the period 2018-2024, as well as for the upcoming year 2025 (specifically regarding student placements and graduate pathway partners).

- The projected alteration in staff numbers following the proposed programme changes.
If any decrease in staffing is projected, the percentage of this decrease is māori and Pasifika, is organised by whether they are retained or released.

- The most recent calculated projections of EFTS, AR, EA and EC entering the first BSJ intakes.

- The most recent calculated projections of students entering into the BSJ who would specialise in social work after the disestablishment of the BSW. Suppose no projection has yet been made.

If, concerning any of these points, a projection has not yet been made, we instead request those projections that can be made as a process of undergoing this OIA request.
