Dear Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences Limited,

Do you know what HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program), Harmonic Response Manipulators and Scalar Technologies are?
If so, can you please explain what they are?
Can these technologies be used to create an earthquake?

If so, have they been used in New Zealand before? And by whom if you know?
If so, will they be used again, soon, say this year (2025)?

If so, can you please explain what your definition of treason, genocide and widespread destruction is?

It is believed and proven with evidence that the Christchurch earthquake in 2011 was planned and orchestrated.

Is GNS involved in creating earthquakes or just researching them?

Why are you a limited company with 7 directors? (3 of which became directors within the last 2 years). What is your average annual funding?
