I would like to add as well, please release information on any ionospheric heaters that are in use with the intention of affecting New Zealand in any way, shape or form. Does NZ Crown or the defence force collaborate or act in any way with or without any third party in conducting climate and or weather manipulation such as but not limited to cloud seeding, directing frequencies or manipulation of weather in any form in any way?

Maria Zeee - 6 months ago put out a video on Rumble concerning the NOAA and contractors including one called Make Sunsets that has a global contract until 2223 to do geoengineering. She also has info for AUS - apparently energy companies are running some of these, I am actually not just seeing the spray now but the planes too over CHCH.

Possible answers to this two-part question are: 1. It is so hard for people to believe this because the mainstream media and online 'fact-checkers' have fallen in love with the words "misinformation" and "conspiracy theory" and deploy these ad nauseam to hide whatever facts they've been told to hide. Which is why nobody trusts the legacy media any more.
2. Perhaps it is so hard for Government Departments to answer openly and honestly because they actually ARE involved in covert actions they feel the need to hide from the public. For example, they might be trying to avert what they have convinced themselves (and a surprising number of the public, again thanks to the mainstream media) is our current "climate crisis" by generating enough cloud cover to deflect sunlight back into space and thereby cool the planet. Whatever the case, the observable fact that government departments do refuse to provide open and honest answers to legitimate questions is a transparent explanation of the sad fact that fewer and fewer people trust their national governments. Which, in turn, is (supposed by some to be) a jolly good reason for instituting an even LESS democratically accountable World Government, run by a totally unelected elite. Which is why the simple questions asked by Spencer Jones MAY NOT BE ASKED.

If any of the above speculations or suggested answers is incorrect, the government knows exactly what to do about it. Stop calling people "conspiracy theorists", skip the weasel words and simply tell us the truth.

AND now, finally, we come to the nub of the whole issue. Yet more thanks to Spencer Jones for posting undeniable evidence that militaries all over the world seriously believe that they can use HAARP to conduct their covert warfare operations -- and very possibly have already done so. This technology truly is the modern atom bomb. Its uncontrolled use truly is utterly stupid.

Humanity NEEDS to have an open public discussion of this issue. In which regard, it is now long past time for 'the fourth estate' to remember their responsibilities and purpose.

If this information is not "held" by the MInistry of Defence we must ask which branch of the NZ government "holds" this information? My bet would be the "Ministry of Business innovation and employment" as most functions of government (selling out the people for corporate profit) seem to fall under this category.

RS Grant rolls out the tired old "conspiracy theory" phrase to dismiss this inquiry. But it is a verifiable fact that HAARP installations exist -- originally just in Alaska and now all over the world. They are clearly man-made, not 'natural' phenomena, which makes it entirely valid to ask WHY they exist. They clearly COULD have been involved in the extreme weather events currently being explained as resulting from "climate change". So the fact that all requests for information on how NZ is involved with HAARP are being batted away by officialdom is at least somewhat disturbing.

I have come come across much information in my service life that made me question everything I was told (Perception Management (PM) Perception management is a term originated by the US military. The US Department of Defense gives this definition: Actions to convey and/or deny selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning as well as to intelligence systems and leaders at all levels to influence official estimates, ultimately resulting in foreign behaviours and official actions favourable to the originator's objectives.

I can assure you there is and has been far more going on in this world than you can truly comprehend. Cognitive dissonance is what’s occurring to many people as they are presented with the truth. Cognitive dissonance is the mental discomfort that results from holding two conflicting beliefs, values, or attitudes. People tend to seek consistency in their attitudes and perceptions, so this conflict causes unpleasant feelings of unease or discomfort.

The inconsistency between what people believe and how they behave motivates them to engage in actions that will help minimize feelings of discomfort. People attempt to relieve this tension in different ways, such as by rejecting, explaining away, or avoiding new information.

It’s time to wake up to what’s truly been going on around us all. The use of the term conspiracy theory demonstrates people’s lack of understanding and how much perception management has played apart of their daily lives.

Further proof of perception management carried out around the world is Operation Mockingbird a large-scale program of the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) that began in the early years of the Cold War and attempted to manipulate domestic American news media organisations for propaganda purposes. This program is still running today through all media channels worldwide.

Further proof for those still not wanting to accept or acknowledge this technology (Cognitive Dissonance) It’s hidden in plain sight, it’s even taught at universities.

2024 Polar Aeronomy & Radio Science (PARS) Summer School Announced.

The 2024 Polar Aeronomy and Radio Science (PARS) summer school will be held in person at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) between August 6-15, 2024. The summer school provides faculty, graduate, and advanced undergraduate students with exposure to the National Science Foundation (NSF) Subauroral Geophysical Observatory (SAGO) for Space Physics and Radio Science and the HAARP research site in Gakona, Alaska.

The summer school’s goal is to provide student and advisor mentor pairs an opportunity to study the upper atmosphere and ionosphere at polar latitudes, with practical experience built into the learning process. The first week will be spent in the Fairbanks area with lectures and tours of space physics research sites, then relocating to HAARP to run active experiments and brief initial results. Students will be trained in the theory and concepts of ionospheric heating, with an introduction to Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) experiment design, diagnostics, and analysis. All students will have the opportunity to dialogue one-on-one with experienced scientists from multiple U.S. academic institutions. This year’s school will focus on Illuminating Space using Ground HF and VLF Receivers, Oblique Ionosonde Transmitters, HF Receivers on Satellites, Digital Ionosonde, Satellite Beacons, etc. sponsored and operated by NASA, NSF, CSA, etc.

Abstract
The United States needs to incorporate the defense against directed energy weapons with the same intensity used developing anti-ballistic missile defenses. One of the major drawbacks to optical or directed energy systems is the inability to penetrate clouds or dense fog. Advances in technology are beginning to bring weather phenomena under our control. Greatly increased computing power and micronized delivery systems will allow us to create specific perturbations
in local atmospheric conditions. These perturbations allow for the immediate and lasting ability to create localized fog or stratus cloud formations shielding critical assets against attack from
energy based weapons. The future of nanotechnology will enable creation of stratus cloud formations to defeat DEW and optically targeted attacks on United Sates assets. The solution the
weather control problem involves networked miniature balloons feeding and receiving data from a four-dimensional variation (4d-Var) computer model through a sensor and actor network. A network of diamond-walled balloons enters the area to be changed and then both measures and affects localized temperature and vapor content. This system effectively shortens the control loop of an atmospheric system to the point it can be “managed.” The capabilities in the
diamond-walled balloons are based on the future of nanotechnology.

Let's take an important and timely moment to discuss asymmetrical warfare, and things you may not realize.

Earthquakes can be triggered by scalar electromagnetic force, as can various weather events and many other "natural" disasters.

In 2010, then Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez openly accused the United States of manufacturing the massive Haitian earthquake as a pretense for occupying the nation. At the time U.S. media smeared him as "more sci-fi than stable"; but looking back perhaps your opinions will have changed.
