We are currently still collating and processing information for your
request. Therefore, Auckland Council is extending the time limit for
responding to your request under section 14 of the Local Government
Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA). We will reply to your
request by  05 July 2021. Please note this is a maximum response time and
we will endeavour to respond sooner. 

 

The reasons for this extension are:

 

o Consultations necessary to decide on the request are ongoing and
proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the

On 31 May 2021 Auckland Council transferred part of your request to
Auckland Transport about the Galway Street improvements, a project which
is part of the Auckland Council Group Downtown Infrastructure Development
Programme.

response for release. We estimate the information will be ready by 5 July
2021, if not sooner.
