Thank you for confirming your request relates to Plimmerton School | Te
Kura ō Taupō.
We note the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) responded to your request
regarding this kura on 10 June 2024.
We understand you have also submitted a request for information regarding
complaints about the kura to the Board. As the management of school
complaints is more closely connected to the functions of the Board,
ordinarily the Ministry would consider transferring your request to the
kura for a response under section 14(b)(ii) of the Act. However, as they
have already received the request, we do not consider a transfer is
necessary.
As such, the Ministry will now close this request. Please contact us if
you require any further information.
